Northern Colorado Chapter #77

Celiac Sprue Association/United States of America, Inc. (CSA/USA, Inc.) is a member-based 501 C (3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis worldwide through education, information and research. Our goal is to provide accurate information, support and fellowship to all gluten-free individuals and their family members. We provide and exchange resources including the following:

• Knowledgeable speakers on appropriate topics
• Where to purchase the best gluten-free products
• Recipes and cooking for the gluten-free diet
• Tips on eating out at local restaurants and traveling
• Local resources ie: nutritional consultation and cooking classes
• Currently forming a Cel-Kids Network to support juvenile/youth and families
• Support and encouragement to all members

The Northern Colorado Chapter #77 of CSA/USA, Inc. welcomes anyone who follows a gluten-free diet, family members and friends to membership meetings.

Meetings are 7:00 p.m. the first Thursday of January, March, May, September and November.
